Crimson Tides

I liked the location and the accommodation.

The bedding was broken and dirty. no coffee, sugar ..nothing to make one feel welcome. never got to meet the host. the bring your own bathroom and swimming towels did not sit well because it was communicated 1hour before check in.

The accommodation was very lovely and very convenient.

We were not informed that there was a power box in the unit we stayed at and didn't have power on the last morning of our stay. If we knew, we would have planned accordingly. I.e. geyser was off and we were not told. After asking, we were told and we put it on and left it on.

Bed Mattresses were horrible Couches were stained and you could feel the wood through the couch as if it has been worn through The kitchen was lacking utensils Toilet was leaking

Proximity to beach, shops & restaurants & West Coast sights

Apartment is spacious and well kept inside. The layout is quite nice and access to the braai area can be obtained from basically everywhere from within the unit. Club Mykonos, Casino and restaurants just down the street.

There were no towels and no hand washing soap. It seems the previous guests cooked with oil that overheated and spilled. The kitchen smelled of burnt oil and the pots and pans were oily to the touch and burnt on. No fans in the unit. If you open the door, the wind blows extremely strong through the unit. The braai could do with a bit of TLC.
