Zoi apartment

Very modern. Large, Stylish. Comfortable bed. Wonderful host. Kept bringing us gifts Quiet. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed in.

Little hard to find at first. Taxi driver had difficulty. But only a 15 minute walk to town.

only locationa was al little bit challenging, due to being up in the hill, but still close to the old town and the sea.

What a lucky find away from the busiest tourist area of Kotor but so close to everything. It was like home from home and spotlessly clean. The owners are on site and lovely people so you need to ask them for all the information before booking anything which we didn't and they know all the good restaurants being local. Their beautiful guard dog is a soppy big sofie and only barks when you first arrive. He lives above the property in his own pen so you feel so safe there. We will be booking again next year

After the rain at night there was a smell of stagnant water? We bought bleach and applied around the patio area outside. It's on a hill so water will find its way down. Nothing major and we also sat at the owners patio area too when they were not using it which they didn't mind.

The appartement was clean, spacious, quiet and with a great location. Nikola was very velpful with everything. He made the arrangements for us for the boat tour to the Blue cave. Such a good afternoon!!

The apartment is very small, but it had everything you need and the space was used very well. We had the upper unit and it had a small kitchen that was surprisingly well equipped. The bathroom is a bit older, but it was fine. The best part was the balcony and view of the mountains - we spent a nice evening sitting on comfortable chairs and looking at the view. The location is 12-15 minutes walking from the old city which is actually great because you are removed from traffic chaos but don't have to look for parking near the city because you can go there on foot. We found all of the accommodation in Kotor to be pretty overpriced for what it is, but this apartment was okay value for money.

The area around the house is a but run down. The apartment is pretty small so I would recommend it only for 1-2 night stays. The bed is actually a pull out sofa from IKEA so it is something to keep in mind if you have troubles with sleeping. The fridge is next to the bed so bring your earplugs if that is something that would bother you.

Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Nicolai was a great host, very responsive and gave good advice on how to get the best out of our two days. At first glance, we thought the location to be very poor but it turned out to be great as by being a little bit off the busy area it was quiet and safe.

The apartment was a little too compact for two people when moving around.

The property was so cute i stayed alone for 3 nights. I enjoyed a lot with the cycling which provided by the host for free. The location of house is so available to take both sides of kotor so I advise you take a tour with that bicycles. Also Nikola helped a lot with his information. You can prefer with the peace of mind.
