Seagull Villa

Sophie was absolutely kind and helpful. She helped to take care of our baby pomeranian whilst we attended a wedding function.

The property is presented as a villa, but in reality it is a house divided into three sections, without proper separation, which makes it feel far from private. Unfortunately, our experience was further affected by the guests in the adjoining unit, who were extremely loud and inconsiderate. There was constant noise from music and shouting until about 1:30am, along with cigarette smoke drifting into our space, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. While the place itself is visually appealing, the yard area was untidy, and overall it did not meet our expectations, especially given the price and the high ratings we had relied on when booking. We had also asked for the host or manager to contact my husband, but this never happened. Sophie, however, did her best to assist us under the circumstances, and we truly appreciated her effort.

Nothing really, it felt like home.

Very clean, spacious and great location for beach and shops. Amazing views. Comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. Washing machine and tumble dryer were very handy. Lovely Pool and BBQ area. Great Host, always available when we needed her. She looked after us well.

No air conditioning, only fans available. Some items need attention - oven and toaster machine bit clunky. Shower room in main bathroom leaked. We were made aware of building works after we had booked. Had a few problems with the water supply, however our host done her Best to get it sorted and kept us informed.

Property was easily accessible and close to the beach. Had everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Sophia was a great host and accommodated us with a one day area outage. She was helpful and easy to talk to.

The property does have solar however in our part of the villa we could only get lights. Possibly please consider making the entire house solar powered.

Δεν μου άρεσε ότι δεν υπήρχε για την δεύτερη μέρα καθαριότητα δωματίου στρώσιμο κραββατιων πλύσιμο πιάτων γυρίσαμε και τα βρήκαμε όπως φύγαμε! Απαράδεκτο με τέτοια χρέωση! Και το σπίτι έπρεπε να μοιραστούμε την πισίνα με άλλους που ήταν στο δίπλα σπίτι και ακούγονται σαν να είναι στο δικό μας!

It was a beautiful stay, just a stones throw from the ocean. There are lovely facilities like the pool and the great braai area. It was overall a great experience and great value for money. I would highly recommend.

We did wait a little long at the gate for someone to open up. But we did get upgraded to the Villa whitch was stunning!

It’s clean, the ocean view from the pool area is amazing, and its proximity to the beach is everything. The pool is clean and well situated.
