The host was kind and friendly, and the price was low.

The city parking was not very convenient. Although the host showed us a place where we could park, it was sometimes taken, and we were advised not to park in other spots. The apartment smelled heavily of smoke, and the odor lingered on the bed linens and towels. We haven't come across such a dirty apartment on Booking.com in a long time. There was sand and dust on the floor, dirty doors and light switches. Surprisingly, the bathroom fixtures were clean. The sofa in the living room does not unfold and is too small for an adult to sleep on. Out of the three chairs at the table, one was very wobbly. The neighbors' kitchen exhaust vented into our bathroom, and the apartment filled with strong odors whenever they cooked. The downstairs neighbors were noisy on their balcony. The neighborhood was dirty, with trash on the streets. I don’t understand how this apartment has a 9.9 rating on Booking.
