bardzo czysty, jasny i przestronny apartament. Dwie toalety przy większej grupie mają duże znaczenie. w pełni wyposażony. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym.

trochę daleko do centrum, potrzebny samochód. Klimatyzacja tylko w jednym pokoju (w salonie). W sypialniach nie było klimatyzacji
