The place is very nice, clean and comfortable

The attitude of some of the workers there. One security swore us and the cleaner threatened us. It was reported. I was not at all happy with them

"I wish the staff was nicer"

The rooms were clean

The fans and air conditioner weren't working and it was really hot. And I wish they could add some slides, jumping castles and an extra pool with hot water

The only concern it was the tv that wasn't playing and I did report but the was no action on that but the place is excellent and clean
