"Perfect summer location"

The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from the beach at the lake, the town is between Como and Lecco. Parking for free is about 100 meters from the flat. The AC is very efficient, the kitchen is well equipped. Nice bathroom with shower. Detailed instructions about the srrival and how to find the keys. The best thing I could mention are the little things: board games and cards to the beach, proper wine glass, many towels, etc. All in all a great place for two people.

The bed is a sofa bed, which was too soft for me, and also a bit noisy.

Nice small town. All amenities in the house as well as bicycles. Good description of key locations.

The network reception for cellular in the house was pour or somtimes not available. The Wifi was working fine. The password and network should be shared before arrival.
