"Bit disappointed"

Nice and modern, comfy beds, lovely area just 10 mins from Queenstown

Checking in was difficult - hard to find the building due to poor signage and we were directed to the wrong building in the messages (told right when it was left), wasn’t easy to find number to call to ask for help, didn’t answer first time, weren’t very helpful on the phone, another visitor helped us find our way (he worked out the code worked for the other building). Place wasn’t very clean - for example mould in the fridge and crumbs on the couch. Had tea and coffee but no sugar or milk, bodywash but no shampoo or conditioner (if I remember correctly). Dryer took a long time to do anything.

Modern amenities, amazing shower BedRooms with ensuite’s was brilliant

Pillows were overstuffed not suitable for sleeping on Door to bathroom would stay open or shut properly without using a lock Fridge door handle coming off, we tightened it
