Crisana Flats

Very uncomplicated check-in. Great location and very nice and spacious apartment. We had great time in Oradea. The restaurant suggestions were also very good. :)

The guest gave all the needed information needed in order to have a flawless self check-in, with clear directions to find the parking spot, the keys and all other needed info. The communication was through messages, and it was an excellent one. The apartment was clean, spacious, with all needed amenities. The beds were comfy and the sheets were clean. In the bathroom there were shower-gel, soap and shampoo, and also clean and comfy towels.

I liked the flat because it was very spacious, orderly and very modern. It is close to the train station, shopping center, city center, and various parks. It has all the amenities that we needed and more. The host was always just a phone call away and willing to help with anything.

It doesn't have its own independent hot water so when the city cut hot water due to working the roadways, we didn't have hot water for 3 days. The parking spots and space in the parking garage are too tight. The garage door chooses when it wants to work on the first try (from the inside). Also it's very dirty, dusty and no one tends to the garbage in random areas. The hallway to the flat had a bad, stagnant smell from day one, not only due to no windows/ventilation, but people had garbage bags in the hallway for days.
