The app is new: no smell, no ugly furniture, no cheap things. It is located in a nice spot, with a location that has a splendid view of the mountains and no outside noise from the street. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to allow you to cook some food. The owner is pleasant, and it is obvious that he invested good money in the interior, which makes you feel like you are a guest in your friend's apartment, rather than in an app for renting.

While I do like the property overall, I noticed one item that could be improved to fill out this feedback form. The gas heater is quite loud when it is running. Installing it inside a wooden enclosure/box may help decrease the amount of noise it produces when in use. Soundproofing or insulating the box could further reduce any disruption from heater noise. Otherwise, the location and amenities have been great. Thanks, Christian
