La posizione della casa, comoda per la spiaggia e per la via del centro (con supermercato, bar, ristoranti, ecc). Il parcheggio auto privato, accanto all'alloggio. Il terrazzino, adiacente al cortiletto privato, attrezzato con tavolo ed ombrellone. Letto relativamente comodo. Stanze sufficientemente ampie.
Il servizio delle pulizie a cui si è appoggiato il proprietario dell'alloggio ha svolto un lavoro approssimativo. Anche se il proprietario è stato disponibile a richiamarli, non ci hanno soddisfatto ed abbiamo dovuto pulire e disinfettare tutto noi. Il piano cottura era funzionante ma datato. Di stoviglie ce n'erano in abbondanza ma in armadietti poco puliti.

Mattia's home has all necessary appliances and it really worked out for our needs given that our goal was to spend time at the beach (only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the apt.). Whatever time we spent at the apt was used to relax in the garden, watch the Olympics, sleep, cook, grill. The super market is also a 10' walk so if you forget something, it's easy to fix😉 The town is basically inside a small pine tree forest (pineta) with breathtaking views and the sounds of cicadas and crickets♥️
