The owner treated us very bad, we had electricity problems and all he cared about was to get us out of the room by shouting . A little bit far from the main places for tourists.

Clean rooms, nice hammocks, good sunset view, easy check in

Very good stay in Don Det very calm, plus the sunset coast is way less hot than the sunrise one and has a little wind very enjoyable. The sunset is something not to miss enjoying the cocktails and other delicacies made by the hotel for a very affordable price.

Stayed there twice now, just amazing in every way. Thanks to both of you

One of the best places I have stayed in Asia

This place is a short 8 minute walk from the ferry pier and really easy to get to. I liked that it was out of the "main" tourist section of Don Det and a little set back. There are still plenty of GOOD restaurants to enjoy within a 5 minute walk. I felt safe at night both walking and in my room. The room itself is basic, but the view is amazing. Be prepared to sleep in a mosquito net with the windows open, but you will still be safe with the door lock and bars on the windows. The shower had good pressure and the bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel has the cheapest prices around for water and bike rentals, and the owners are absolutely the nicest people.

It was my bad, I came in hot hot hot season and apparently this place doesn't have AC (most riverside places don't on Don Det). The owners gave us ALL extra fans and it did help with the windows open at night. Luckily the sunsets made up for it. The only other thing I wish was clearer was the hours for the food/restaraunt. I wasn't sure if/when food was able to be ordered and sometimes I just wanted to lounge and eat right at the hotel. The others who stayed there said the cooking was good.

Great location, friendly staff, nice atmosphere

No aircon

The owners of these bungalows are very lovely and accommodating. They are always friendly and made my stay comfortable. The room itself is nice and the bed was comfortable. The location was good, very close to everything you need but away from the main town (less than 5 mins by bike). The view was outstanding.

There was no AC (which I knew prior). However, it was a LOT hotter than I anticipated so I would stay somewhere with AC next time.
