The breakfast was good .. variety of choices. Location of the hotel was good.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was decent. The internet connection was excellent—very reliable and fast. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the room was comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful. However, a few issues nearly ruined my stay: - **Parking:** The parking garage was frequently overwhelmed by guests’ vehicles. The parking area is very small and tight, and at times the security guard was not present. As a result, cars were sometimes blocking the entrance when guests were leaving, which made the situation difficult and inconvenient. - **Reception issue:** The receptionist lost my **Kurdish residency** card , which caused significant complications and made my day very stressful. - **Room maintenance (fridge):** The refrigerator in my room was busted, and there was a lack of proper follow-up from the maintenance team. I stayed for more than 10 days, and despite multiple opportunities for resolution, the fridge remained unusable until my last day. Despite the positive aspects, these concerns significantly affected my overall experience.

In my opinion; this was the best hotel ive ever been in. The service I and my family received there was flawless. Also, the rooms were very clean, almost no impurity seen in sight. The wifi was very fast, and the aircondition cooled the room in a minute
