Someone used the toilet and did not flush and clean it before we checked in. I booked two beds in the room but there was only one bed with torn linen in the room, no wifi and i had to connect the tv with my you tube account. could 'nt watch Netflix or DSTV

Lack of preparation and noise cooking throughout the night boring Zero key I locked with sofa

privacy and safety is very good

The place had a bad smell and the fridge was noisy

I didn't like anything because I booked on time but when I get there I was told it is fully booked, they forgot my booking. Was taken to a more worse guest house.Very bad one.was taken from pillar to post as if I'm mad.

To be told that it's fully booked whereas I booked on time.My heart is still broken. Taken from pillar to post. Guest house I was given full of coack Rochester and ants.no water from the showers.Didnt shower at all.This was not what I signed for.Never ever in my life book kiara luxury accommodation.
