La casa è comoda, con un'ampia cucina. Utilissima la lavapanni e gli stendini (anche se ce ne sono due per tre alloggi). Molto apprezzati all'arrivo fette biscottate, biscottini e marmellate. Piacevole il cortile esterno condiviso

Il locale non è molto luminoso, con la sola porta d'ingresso a vetri e una finestra nel soppalco.
