Clean, close to the old town.

No private parking, there is a restaurant at ground floor, which is open until late in the night. There was a birthday party and it was very noisy, I had to ask the party people to please be quiet because it was already 2am. There is an easybox in the courtyard with a powerful light bulb which brightens up the room in the night even with curtains pulled.

"I wouldn't want to return there anymore."

The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. It was unbearable. The shared areas also smelled of smoke because people were smoking indoors in the restaurant downstairs. That was unpleasant.
