I scheduled and confirmed timing and everything with the hotel. They said I could arrive midnight Friday morning. When I called to confirm shuttle they said I booked for the following day. They had no rooms and did not help or accommodate.

We forgot a jacket in the room and came back for it the next day, and it was gone, they called the cleaning lady and she admitted taking it home, but was off for a couple of days so we didn’t get it back. We were told it would be mailed to us and never got it.
