布団の匂いなども気にならず清潔感があって、過ごしやすかった。

チェックインの時間がもう少し早かったら、荷物を置いて出かけられた…チェックアウトの時間があと1時間でも遅ければもう少しゆっくり出来た…と思いました

It’s close to Yokohama station and lots of restaurants, shops and convenient stores around. The flat can sleep 8 people which is a rare find. Thr flat is equipped with all the basic kitchen and bathroom items which was helpful.

The flat was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival and we found bits of rubbish in different rooms from previous guests, significant amount of hair and dust on the dining room floor, and the worst was remains of vomit on the toilet seat which was not cleaned properly. The facility did not offer any compensation nor reclean for this which was very disappointing. We were traveling with large suitcases and a buggy so the flat is actually a 20 minute walk from Yokohama station since there is a large set of steps you need to use to get up a steep hill near the flat. In order to avoid this you need to walk further down which then takes 20 minutes to walk. So please bear this in mind if traveling with heavy bags and select wheelchair accessible route whilst using google maps. The bunk beds were very creeky so can potentially wake light sleepers. The air conditioning units are directly on top of the top bunk so we ended up turning it off so my daughter will not have air directed at her all night. We wouldn’t turn her around on the bed since there was a risk of falling if we did that. I kept mine on in one room and slept the opposite direction from the air conditioning unit to prevent air on my face all night. The doors to the bedrooms are sliding doors which do not block sound so something to bear in mind for light sleepers if people are still using the dining room. The flat has a microwave and kettle but no cooking ingredients like salt etc. There is a washing machine but no drier. Just nice to haves and something to bear in mind.

5人が同じ宿に泊まれて、寝室が２つあり、横浜駅近く、という点が私の希望にドンピシャで、価格が安く、清潔さに減点がありましたが、それを差し引いても泊まって良かったと思いました。

初めて部屋に入った時に、洗濯機の中に汚れたシーツ（吐瀉物の汚れ？）が入ったままだったこと。そのまま使うのは気持ちが悪いので、汚れたシーツは袋に密封し、洗濯機は槽洗浄して使いました。この件、担当者に伝えたところ、現場を確認に来てくださり、丁寧に謝ってくださいました。 二段ベッドの手すりに隙間があるので、子供が寝返りすると落ちる危険性がある。 エアコンの暖房の効きは良いが冬は乾燥がひどいので加湿器持ち込みをお勧めする。
