Damask Resort

The staff was really nice. Rooms were very clean & new. The bathroom was very big & really clean. Open air cinema & cycling was a plus. The breakfast spread was good for vegetarians.

Relatively a small property as compared to other resorts.

The Hotel, room service, cleanness and staff

Food is not that quality. We tried the free breakfast and it was very poor in terms of variety and quality.

We are picky about beds and pillows, and both were great. Lots of room, a well -arranged space, great restaurant with reasonable prices. Great hot water and water pressure.

The breakfast was delicious, but since there wasn't a buffet, it was made to order, which is nice, but that was rather slow. We weren't in a hurry, so we were fine, but if we had been, that would have been an issue

A new and fresh hotel with great facilities and hospitable staff. The restaurant at the hotel is one of the few decent eating spots in Jabal Al Akhdar. Overall probably the best place in terms of quality-price ratio in Jabal Al Akhdar.

Perfect appartment and perfect service. All people were so friendly.

Beautiful, quiet location high up in the mountains. The resort is new and everything is well maintained and clean. Big villas with new furniture and good beds. Good breakfast with different options daily. They don’t have a children’s menu but but are very flexible with kids friendly options. Very friendly restaurant manager who is trying hard to please the guests.

The ventilation in the indoor swimming pool at the villa is extremely loud and cannot be switched of. Some of the aircons/ heaters did not work properly making the house either too warm or too cold. No kitchen available. Staff is friendly but quite slow. When eating in the restaurant, the food was served before the drinks. Coffee arrived at the end of breakfast. The resort is new and they are trying very hard, however at this price point, it is a bit disappointing.
