hosts are great and send very detailed instructions, self check-in, clean room and comfy bedding (didn’t notice any creak in the white room); restaurant downstairs; great view

the air con was a bit noisy for warming up the room at night, and the radiator in the bathroom wasn’t enough to warm it up, so we had some struggles when showering and washing up in the morning 😬 (in April, guess in the summer it is nice). For travellers without a car: the nearest boat stop is ~15min away and the buses usually full in the mornings so better not to rely on those.

The hosts are amazing the place location is perfect, so close to the sea the resturant is right below and is really good. shared kitchen shared balcony

Very beautiful and quiet location just by lake. We stayed at red room (vino rosso) with bathtube. Stylish and refurbishes rooms. Thank you Erica and Luigi.

The location is great as the villa is located right at the lake.

The bed was creaking and made loud noise even at the slightest turn. You get charged extra for clean towels. No breakfast is offered at this place.

It was a really cute place with a view of the lake. The neighborhood is very clean and pretty. The bus stop is 5 min away by walk but make sure to check the frequency of the bus if you are planning to go to Bellagio. It has a great restaurant downstairs

It was very quiet and peaceful, easy to get by bus. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Amazing and helpful stuff.

Sometimes the neighbors can get very loud and you can hear them 😳 Also, the air conditioner is a bit noisy too(but it’s helpful with the loud neighbors 😅)

I had a great stay at this hotel. The Rose Room had a beautiful view and was super clean. The local beach is just a minute away, and there's a good restaurant on the first floor. Parking is available for an extra charge. The host was nice and responsive, with everything handled smoothly through clear instructions.
