This place is so clean and comfortable that we really enjoyed our stay. We visited several spots close-by that made it feel like living at the heart of the city. We did not have time to go to the Circle Cinema, but it was directly across the street. I was so pleased to see the artsy spaces and great changes to the neighborhood since I lived in Tulsa 15 years ago. Mayfest was happening this weekend, and it was great seeing all the new restaurants, bars, and visiting historical spots like Cains. We ate an incredibly expensive and good steak at Bull in the Alley to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. We played pinball and danced to 80s music at The Max Retropub, then the next night went out for drinks and dancing at the Starlite Lounge. Everything we wanted to do was within like 5 miles from the house, and the best breakfast/brunch we experienced was at Queenies in Utica Square! All in all, the house was super convenient for us, and we were so thankful to find a spot where we could travel with our two dogs who are like our children.

This house is so well maintained and updated, but unfortunately, the house next door is not as nice. Also, the bars nearby were very loud on weekend nights because you could hear their amplified sound system very clearly. We were out for most of the evening times, so it didn't bother us.

A remodeled older 2 bedroom nicely furnished. The kitchen is well stocked for fixing meals and the furnishings are comfortable and tasteful. The backyard is huge. The king bed is reasonably comfortable with a nice comforter. We walked to restaurants and the university, and paid for a ride to everywhere else. We loved the place and would stay here again when in Tulsa.

Short term rentals are having a negative impact on neighborhoods. It would be nice if the owners improved the curb appeal with some basic landscaping. Maybe a tree or bushes in the front yard towards the street. Help make the neighborhood look nice.

Clean, spacious, stylish, and comfortable

The house is amazing it has everything you could possibly need. The yard is fancy and so you could bring your dog. There's a movie theater theater right across the street it's called "circle". There's some sort of club on the corner fantastic singing and music. I would gladly stay here again. They have a Keurig coffee machine so bring your own coffee if you want a special type. That dog food and dog treats. catnip and cat litter I assume bring your own litter box. It was a wonderful stay. If I could buy the house from them I would.
