Location

Not clean Very slow service, sometimes no service, they just ignore your request. They kept turning off the central AC Not comfortable bed Dirty couches They don't care about the guests comfort, so many maintenance works and so much noise almost all the day, in all floors. There was a leakage in the garage, they didn't even bother to mop the water away, we had to jump over the wet floor which was impossible since moat of the garage floor was full of water! I asked for Iron mechine, they brought me one with an exposed wire, this is super serious, this might kill a kid!! The hot water was not available all the time. The water was off for some time because someone was trying to save money by turning off the water pump.

Location was good with many outlets surrounding areas for purchasing and ground floor available supermarkets.

Centralized Heating System, so day time little hot and cannot switch ON / change the cooling system
