Location and size

Very bad quality of mattress and smell of tobacco inside the apartment.

The apartment is quite spacious. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It has it's own parking spot.

The landlord didn't confirm our time of arrival and didn't contact us after the booking was placed. Furniture and sanitary ware are old and battered. There's no dryer, although there's a washing machine

The accommodation itself is spacious, the sofa in the living room is comfortable, and I really liked the balcony. It is located relatively close to the shopping center.

Receiving the key was a bit strange for me. The host did not respond to my inquiry twice on the chat interface of the booking site. When I called him, he told me that he couldn't send pictures to get into the accommodation because I don't have Viber or IPhone. I called him again upon arrival and he said he would send the information needed to get in via SMS. I waited 10 minutes but I didn't get anything, I called again and he said he sent it and asked what number 31 is that I have. In the end, I dictated to him the information necessary to get in. I didn't really expect this all, and I felt a little condescending to the owner of my apartment when I contacted him. Also, one of the beds squeaked incredibly at the slightest movement, which was extremely disturbing to me, so I slept on the couch, which was very comfortable.
