Comfortable apartment and welcoming owner

The host waited for us, gave us a wonderful tip for the restaurant, even booked us a table. The place is great, with everything you might need for a stay. Arriving with your own car is advised, as the apt is not in the centre. I recommend it!

Very good location.

the place is extremely clean, modern, and cute. it has a kitchen with mini fridge, small oven, two stove top burners, , utensils, pots & pans & plates. free parking on the street. very close to Lidl grocery store. the inside decor and design is great. my wife and daughters loved it. even the WC, although quite small was clean, cute, and had nice touches. there is a garden you can access in front of the apartment and you can eat there for a picnic.

there was a problem with the wifi, and because our host was working until 9pm, he could not fix it until 9:30. so we had no good wifi to do work, stream, text, or email. it was pretty frustrating. i know it usually doesn't happen, but since we were staying one night on our long road trip, we really needed the wifi that evening. Once it was fixed, it was extremely hi-speed great wifi, but we were tired and falling asleep by then, so we couldn't do a lot of usage of internet. the other thing was there were bugs and mosquitoes that got into the apartment, so we were bitten in the evening quite a lot and also why we didn't go out to eat in the garden. again, not the owner's fault, but be aware or be prepared. there is also no freezer in the fridge, which we didn't realize until it was too late. we went to Lidl and bought ice cream, but couldn't store it overnight, so it melted. but it was our fault for not noticing that.

A great apartment located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood of Nis, close to shops, restaurants, sights and at the same time 10 minutes from the center. The apartment is large and spacious, very clean and well furnished with everything you need for an excellent stay. Bright corridor, equipped kitchen, cozy living room with smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable sofa for resting, large dining table, cozy small bedroom, bathroom with toilet! In front of the apartment there is a nice green garden with roses and a tent to relax after a long day! The host is very punctual, responsive, kind and always ready to help. Communicates very easily! We got a welcome bottle of wine which was nice! We highly recommend SAMY APARTMENT IF YOU ARE IN NIS!
