I booked this hotel in advance because my parents were staying there with a travel group and it fit the budget. Before my trip, I realized I’d arrive a day later than planned and asked to change the dates. The system showed my request was declined, but after contacting the property directly, they said it was a system error and assured me it was okay to arrive later with no extra charges. However, when I checked in, the receptionist didn’t seem to know about my booking at all. Their guest records were handwritten in a notebook, and the room I was given was dirty, with sand on the sofa and a window facing the building wall. The next day, I was told I could only stay one more night because they were fully booked. Apparently, my original reservation had been marked as a “no-show,” even though I had clearly informed them about my late arrival. As a result, I had to find last-minute accommodation nearby, which was stressful since I wanted to stay close to my parents. The hotel is located right on the main road, so you can hear traffic noise from cars and scooters. The staff were friendly, but it seemed like the management was disorganized and not aware of guest communication.

So eine Unterkunft hatte ich noch nie und schon garnicht bei den Buchungen über Booking com! So ein Hotel wenn man den Stall so nennen darf kann man niemanden anbieten! Dreck, gesundheitsschädlicher Austritt aus den Wänden, Flecken in der Bettwäsche, die Matratze hat noch schlimmer ausgesehen! Es wurde weder Zimmerreinigung durchgeführt noch Bettwäsche und Handtücher nach meiner Beschwerde ausgetauscht! Das Personal spielte lieber auf ihren Handys! Hatten 14 Tage aufgrund der super Fotos bei Booking gebucht, eine Nacht ohne Schlaf im Raum verbracht, dann storniert und für drei Nächte 7200 THB bezahlt! Nie wieder würde ich so eine Unterkunft empfehlen!
