We were very disappointed with this apartment. The space was very small, barely suitable for two people (also expect a twin rather than double bed). Be prepared for cold showers—despite setting the boiler to its highest setting (confirmed with the owner), we only had warm water for about 6-7 minutes, which is not enough for two people. Facilities were minimal: no kitchen soap or towels, just one roll of toilet paper for a five-day stay, and only one towel per person (additional towels were provided, but only after contacting the owner). Cleanliness was an issue. The toilet had clearly been used after being cleaned (visible marks on the seat), cups in the cabinet were still wet, and a dirty towel was left hanging below the kitchen sink. This left us with a bad first impression. To make matters worse, there was construction work in the building, something the owner should have mentioned upfront since it had been noted in previous reviews. Additionally, there was construction on the street, which caused two mornings without any water. With such impactful works, we assume local house owners are informed. While we appreciated the communication with the owners, who were responsive and tried to assist, this did not solve the above. A big thanks to Booking for helping us check out a day early and move to a different apartment. Would not recommend this property.
