I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to this wonderful guesthouse for the exceptional service and hospitality consistently provided during my stays. This has officially been my 20th stay here, and every single visit has been nothing short of outstanding. The staff are truly remarkable especially the lady at reception and the gentleman working the night shift.Their welcoming attitude, professionalism, kindness, and understanding nature always make me feel comfortable and valued. The hygiene standards are absolutely excellent and maintained at the highest level. The rooms and facilities are always spotless, fresh, and well taken care of, which speaks volumes about the management and staff dedication. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Queenstown. For me, it has become my first and only choice whenever I am in town. Thank you once again for your continued excellent service and warm hospitality. Keep up the amazing work.
