Sehr freundlicher Empfang des Gastgeber. Einfach und unkompliziert. War stets erreichbar und hat sich unser Anliegen jeweils schnell angenommen und Bedürfnis gelöst. Kompliment. Einfach toll. Zudem war die Lage sehr nahe grösseren Einkaufszentren aber auch regionalen Verkaufsladen, was es attraktiv für einen schnellen Einkauf macht. Zetrum in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Anfangs Oktober zudem am Abend die Strassen ruhig und man kann gut den Abend geniessen. Sehr positiv Aussen-Parkplatz, der am Abend durch einen automatischen Gitter, sicher geschlossen wird.

Entsorgung Bio, Glas, Karton, Plastik, allg. Hausmüll müsste so gelöst werden, dass die Kunden dies täglich draussen vor dem Haus in einem Conatainer stellen können anstelle auf den Wohnungs-Balkon. Man kann nach derzeitigen Vorgaben nicht täglich alles draussen vor dem Haus zur Abholung bereitstellen, sodass viele Abfallsäcke auf den Balkon deponiert werden müssen.

"Salento a portata di mano!"

Ambiente, molto spazioso, pulito e luminoso. Dotato di tutti i servizi, compresa lavatrice, ferro da stiro e asse per stirare. L'host ci ha anche omaggiato di alcuni buoni per acquistare dell'ottimo vino in una cantina a 5 minuti dalla struttura. Comodo a 30 minuti max 1 ora dalle principali città del Salento. Lecce, Tarabto, Ostuni, Gallipoli ecc..

Da migliorare solo la chiusura delle porte/finestre che a volte sono un po' dure da chiudere.
