Room quoted 30sqm looks much smaller, may be around 22sqm as compared with places at 25 sqm or 28sqm that I stayed previously elsewhere. I have 2 medium size luggages, moving around the room with luggage opened is quite a challenge! Ferry to a breakfast place in the morning at appointment time is a no-no for me, but not a serious concern, i just skipped the breakfast. Nothing around the hotel in a ghost town in addition to the closure of the cable car company during my stay. Limited food options.

The Hotel and the rooms are very new. Everything was very clean and the room was well quipped. The receptionist were helpful in anyway.

The location is terrible. It is in the middle of sunset village phu quouc. Its a replica city of italy and currently a ghost town. The whole town is still under construction, including the building next to the hotel. We were not able to stay in the Hotel during the day, because of the noise. Almost no cafes or restaurants were open. If they were open it was completely overpriced. If you are looking for something authentic Vietnamese... stay away.

no climate control in common areas

The staff was super friendly and made sure everything was okay with us for the whole stay. Rooms were clean and cozy. Every room had own really strong wifi, I could do remote work and had online meetings.

The room was clean, the view making you feel that you died, but you are now in heaven.
