ILBest location in Orvieto. Beautiful place. Comfortable beds. Welcome water bottles and bread and jams. Very nice host. It is quiet (first floor, and there are like 15-20 stairs).
There is no private parking so you have to.park far away, unless you find in the small public parking in piazza ascanio vitozzi which is 2 minutes away (you will need luck).

RUOne of the most comfortable apartments I’ve seen on Booking in this price segment. Very clean, good to stay for 2 couples or for a family. Nice kitchen. I couldn’t help but notice the design - paintings, pieces of furniture etc. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Communication with the host was fast and informative, the instructions about the self check-in were super clear and helpful.
That’s not about the property itself, just FYI. One of the window was above the restaurant, so evening hours were a bit noisy, but exactly at 12pm people stopped talking and night hours were completely silent.

CAThe apartment was set up perfectly. Converters in the electrical outlets, coffee/ biscuits, beautiful modern bathroom and very comfortable beds. Our only complaint is that we only stayed for one night! We would 100% recommend Orvieto and specifically Vitozzi suite.
USOur stay at the Vitozzi Suite was absolutely perfect. The location is in the very center of town with parking very close by. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. Service was spectacular, with a delayed flight, they were very flexible and helpful in arranging meeting times.
