İhtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Tam fiyat performans bir daire. Oda gayet temizdi. Arabayla gelenler için apartman önünde ücretsiz otoparkı mevcut. Yakınlarda market, fırın ve restorant mevcut. Ev sahibi sıcakkanlı ve yardımsever. Odaya giriş çıkışlar konusunda da yardımcı oluyor. Biz memnun kaldık.

From outside does not look promising but inside is exceptional. You have everything you need even lollies and biscuits. Lift is big plus

С тяжелыми чемоданами неудобно, поскольку спуск к подъзду по лестнице и лифт ходит до пятого этажа, а квартира на шестом этаже до которой необходимо подниматься пешком

Uncomfortable bed

The apartment is nicely located: there's a supermarket and a bakery nearby, and the beach isn't that far. Also, the apartment was true to the pictures and clean, which is nice. If you're staying there, there's a nearby restaurant called something like Big Ben. We found it while waiting for our check-in time and ended up going there 5 times, even after we checked out from this apartment and moved to the next one.

It's not that it depends on the host, but the elevator was broken, and going 5+ floors up and down was sometimes challenging. At least it worked when we arrived, so we didn't have to carry our suitcase. Another detail, I asked our host about tourist registration upon our arrival, as I read online that it was mandatory in Montenegro, and if you don't register, you'll get a 150 Euro fine. She told me that she'd send me a message with a place where we should go, but she never did. I found it myself online and went there. I'm unsure if mentioning it even makes sense because maybe she has truly forgotten. But our next hosts from both places we stayed after this apartment were bringing up the registration topic even before handing us the keys 🤷🏼‍♀️

Really nice apartment in Tivat. Even though it's in really old building, the room is modern, you have everything you need, small kitchen with staff for cooking, TV with youtube or even channels in english, so perfect for the evening rest. The beds were really comfy and all facilities you need were there.

The location is just a little bit far from the city center, but it's just 20-25 minute walk, and you can go by the sea, so if you don't mind that, would recommend this apartment for sure.

Great and surprisingly modern apartment in the old living building. Kitchen has all you need for standard cooking. Has iron, hairdryer, beach towel, TV etc. Close to apartment is the grocery shop and very tasty bakery. Location might be far from Porto Montenegro, but close to the best beach in Tivat and it was important to us.

Bed could have been a bit softer. Regarding check-in/out, we had to meet in person to take and give out the key, so there is necessity for clear communication when exactly we arrive and want to leave. This can cause miscommunication in case urgently plan changes. I would prefer more automatic and dynamic check in/out way.
