We had a fantastic time! The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their attention to detail really stood out. The house was spotless, with some lovely treats left for us on arrival. Our kids had a blast playing on the large lawn, and we all enjoyed relaxing in the spa. Beautiful views and a peaceful setting made it even better. Would definitely stay again!

Nothing, this place has everything you require and need.

The hosts were so exceptional and thought of every little detail. We were amazed at how much was offered upon arrival - it was very generous. Plenty of towels, breakfast, fresh fruit, bedding options, spa, pamphlets for around the area etc! They really went above and beyond and were so welcoming.

That we had to leave after 2 nights! We would’ve stayed an extra night if we didn’t need to go back to work. Honestly a flawless stay.

Fabulous place in a great location about 10 mins drive out of Napier. Very quiet location with a great walk along the coast on your doorstep. Property was outstanding! Self contained with two large double bedrooms, both opening onto the garden and decking area, a very well equipped kitchen area and a luxurious bathroom. Outside hot tub is a great addition especially in the evening under the stars. Owners Klaus and Birgit are brilliant and cannot do enough for you. Breakfast is continental style and is provided in your kitchen area. All you could want and more, including home baked goodies courtesy of Birgit. All in all, a great place to take a few days break whilst visiting Napier. In fact, one of the best places we have stayed in our nearly 3 months touring this wonderful country. Would we stay here again? If ever we come back to NZ, most definitely!

The spa, the cleanliness and the breakfast

This property was just beyond beautiful! A choice of a soft or firm mattress, well-appointed kitchen, large shower with rainforest shower head, and hot water was wonderful. The breakfast options were plentiful and refreshed daily. There is a very nice outdoor patio with chaise lounge chairs, a table for al fresco dining, and even a barbecue grill. The large hot tub has a view of the subset over vineyards and an enclosed, heated outdoor shower . The onky thing more perfect than the property we're our hosts, Klaus and Birgit. Quick to respond to questions, they were friendly, welcoming, thorough in their initial walk through, and went beyond our expectations to make sure our stay was amazing!

The only possible negative for some people may be the 15-minute drive into Napier town center. For us, it wasn't as we specifically chose a quieter location near the beach.

This place is over the top in terms of comfort: beautifully designed space, thoughtful touches such as a fruit basket, robes for the hot tub (an outdoor shower!), wonderful breakfast and the friendliest hosts ever. Prepare to be charmed.
