Ridge Retreat

Lots, of space. Bedding were very confy. Loved the fireplace. Location is amazing,in the middle of bush, very beautiful. Kitchen very well organised. Overall an amazing place , quiet,spacious and confortable. Check in was easy as anything. Close to the lakes.

A very small shower. The double bed in the smaller room is very hard and lumpy

The house was wonderful easy to find, close to venue. So spacious and open. The natural light pouring in made the place warm and inviting. Very quiet, listening to the birds it definitely was the perfect place to wind down after a big day. Enjoyed the spa bath. The 2 toilets were helpful and having a washing machine with powder provided and a dryer was awesome. Loved that it was so family friendly ❤️

•Finding left over food in the oven left by previous guest. •Not having a working vacuum available that wasn't broken. • Pegs available for outside washing line.

The location is spectacular

It was very large and suitable for a group of 7-8 pax

A bit too secluded and far from the city and amenities

Good location. Spacious. Quiet.

The outside of the property was unkept. Very much the bare essentials.

Too warm upstairs; bathrooms needed to be upgraded; decor tired; smelt fausty; windows needed cleaning; outside furniture substandard.

The location was lovely and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped. Good space inside. BBQ good. Only a short distance to the lake

One of the beds was very low. Needs a bit of TLC inside and out.

Secluded position surrounded by native bush. Quiet with only the noise of wind rusting through the trees. Great local walks especially if you love NZ geography and lake swimming. Close to Rotorua and all tourist activities. Perfect location for all the activities we had planned. A big shout out for the National Kiwi Hatchery -well worth supporting this great organisation.
