Good location. Clean. Spacious.

The bathrom can use a trash bin. That's the only "inconvinience" we had.

Excellent location, in the city center. Close to shops and restaurants. Spacious apartment with large kitchen. The host communicated well, leaving detailed instructions, including photos on how to enter the property.

The bathroom did not have a trash can.

The flat and its location in the city center is really good. Everything is in a walking distance. I spent few days there alone, in the summer, and this ground floor apartment gave nice and cool shelter during the hot peaks. There's everything you need, and the room and the kitchen are quite spacious. I'm also glad for Ioana and Cosmin. They were very helpful with my lastminute changes in the booking. So communication was excellent.

The only thing which was less comfortable is the soft but constant background noise, which is coming from the courtyard of the building, because of the air conditioners of the bar and restaurant which are in the front part of the building, are located towards the courtyard. But I'm more sensitive to noise than the average.

The location in the Timisoara no car zone was excellent. The big kitchen had everything needed. The bed was comfortable. The apartment is on an upper ground floor a few steps up from the street. It was quiet, cool, clean and secure with view on a public garden. We had zero direct contact with the owners - just an email with key instructions - but we did not need more. Timisoara is great to visit for a few days. Walk everywhere, nice atmosphere in the central area with almost no cars, beautiful old buildings and some very good restaurants.

The main negative is that the common access to the building from the street and particularly the inner courtyard was ugly, dirty and appeared generally unmaintained. While the apartment itself has clearly been well invested - kitchen, storage units, bed, curtains, furniture - we would have liked more distinctive decoration and painting in bright colours.
