Hotel Darsena

The staff were all very kind. The room was spacious and clean. The aircon and WiFi all worked wonderfully. The breakfast was lovely too! We’ll stay there again. The location was very convenient for us as we took the morning ferry to Ischia from the port in front of the hotel. Much more relaxing than the busy ports in Napoli.

We had no complaints! We were very happy to have the top floor room with a kitchenette and a large balcony with a beautiful sea view but if you have big suitcases or mobility issues, you might like to book a room on the lower floor?

Great location for catching the ferry and lively neighbourhood. Very helpful and friendly staff.

150 earthquakes in 24 hours 😳, the many stairs up to our room but the view was worth it, no hot water or water pressure initially, the AC didn't cool down the room whatsoever.

The hotel was very well located right next to the port so we could take our ferry the next day. It was also close to a plaza with bars and restaurants. The staff (Leon I think, apologies we didn’t catch the exact name) was super friendly and very helpful with local recommendations. The room itself was fairly large for 2 people and very comfy.

The location was perfect, right in the old town next to the harbour. Breakfasts were yummy, fresh croissants and cappucino (with an extra bonus one thrown in for each of us). The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was a bit cold because it was winter, but the rooms had heating, which was perfect for us.

Small, friendly hotel in small street in old part of town near harbour, with easy walk to bars/restaurants/shops. Large room, clean, comfortable, good wifi. Italian-style breakfast included. Strong winds and rain when I was there, so I was glad I could check in at 12.00.

Room on the 3rd floor with no lift! Some confusion about my booking when I arrived - seems they're not used to people booking the night before. But otherwise no complaints.
