Breakfast was good, although not exceptional. Personnel was very helpful. The hotel is situated in a walking distance to the old city center, bus station, museums, the big park etc. It was very nice that you could adjust the temperature of the room yourself.

It is so strange that, in an otherwise very modern hotel like this, you have to pay the room with cash.

The hotel has a great location: the old town, the National Gallery, and Tivoli Park can all be reached within 10–15 minutes of relaxed walking. The rooms are modern, very clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was also really good: varied, fresh, and tasty, with vegetables as well as warm and cold options. A special mention goes to the hotel staff. They handled our issue with the room professionally, politely, and in a very friendly, solution-oriented way. A big thank you especially to Sara at reception.

I deducted two points because of the room we were initially given. It was a corner room on the first floor, facing a large parking area, with the windows almost at the same level as the parked cars. The parking area was used throughout the night, and it felt as if the cars were driving right past the room. Some people were also talking loudly outside, and it felt almost as if they were inside the room. After we complained, we were immediately given a new room on the second floor. This room was very good, had proper sound insulation, and we slept very well there. A friendly note to the management: you are probably aware of the issue with that particular room, and perhaps there is a way to improve it. Overall, a very good hotel with excellent staff — just be careful with rooms facing the parking area on the first floor.

Για ζευγαρι με ενα παιδι μικρο το δωματιο. Η κουζινα λειτουργουσε μονο για τις ωρες του πρωινου, μετα απο αυτες υπηρχαν μονο αυτοματοι πωλητες. Πηγαμε Μαϊο αλλα το βραδυ ειχε κρυο. Ο κλιματισμος ομως ηταν γυρισμενος στο κρυο και δεν γινοταν να αλλαξει. Παρολα αυτα μας εδωσαν ενα αεροθερμο και βουλευτηκαμε
