No power between 10pm and 5pm Bugs, cockroaches and insects everywhere Not enough towels per guests No pool towels as advised No air con / fans provided Bathrooms weren't clean at all

The room was great.
We weren’t expected so had to mess about for ages to get a room. We weren’t told the lifts were out of order so being on the 10th floor was horrendous. We didn’t eat in the restaurant as we couldn’t face 18 flights!

Frida is a great host and always there to assist. The rooms are so spacious and clean. The place was comfortable with so many amenities around,like the restaurants,the malls etc. We will definitely book again!
