The Balcony Door was a bit of a problem, and, sadly, the hot water finished very quickly. I also don't get why there is only one towel in the room.

SCIt is centrally located and within walking distance to many facilities. There is a lift which is reliable, so getting your luggage to and from the rooms is easy.
The kitchen equipment in the penthouse could be improved. There was leakage in the shower every now and then, but maintenance staff did their best to fix it when it was reported. Overall it was not too bad, but the facilities needs major refurbishment and if this is done the price could also be adjusted to match the product.
KEViews of the water, sunset and railway were nice, I was arriving at 5am and they were very flexible with early check-in. I found my room ready when I arrived. Staff were super friendly and kind. Clean apartment and overall Value for money.
The furniture in the living room felt a bit too basic.
