The location was nice and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately we didn't enjoy this stay as much as I'd hoped. I let them know we were staying there for our wedding anniversary when I booked it, but they didn't so much as say "Happy Anniversary." Not that they have to, but it would have been a nice touch and based on that experience I'd say this isn't a good place to stay if you're celebrating something special. Also, the tall, bald waiter at breakfast needs some more customer service training. He was not pleasant and the only time he smiled was when my husband gave him a tip. He didn't earn a tip, but my husband decided to be nice anyway. It was also disappointing to lose our expensive dinner leftovers in the fridge - we accidentally left them in there when we went to breakfast and remembered 14 minutes after checkout time, while still at breakfast, but they had already tossed them - they didn't even come let us know that we'd forgotten something in the room 😞. The view was nice, but I wouldn't come back for the view. We paid for a superior suite with a Sveti Stefan view, but you can't even see out the window/door when lying on the bed 😞.
