We booked the entire property and paid in advance.

Despite we paid in advance they told us we have to pay 4 times more. After several conversations they gave us some quite highly priced proposals. At the end they told me they canceled our booking. We have not get our money back, yet. They might have nice rooms. But they are very pricy and it is not easy to solve problems with them.
