Super tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal, netter Pool, kleiner Sportraum, kleiner Wellnessbereich

Sehr teuer: 7 Tage im Apartement ohne jegliche Verpflegung 1900 dazu kamen nochmal 138€ für Kurtaxe und Parkplatz. Apartment musste selbst gereinigt werden, Müll musste entsorgt werden- sonst alles Zusatzkosten. Es gab keine Handtücher für den Pool, keine Bademäntel für den Wellnessbereich. Handtücher wurden Nicht gewechselt!!! Das Apartment war geräumig, aber sperrlich ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gab es 2 Entfeuchter, die das Apartment im UG trocken halten sollten. Außerdem gab es zahlreiche Spinnen und Ecken, die nur mit Farbe schlecht übermalt wurden.

Sehr schönes und wahnsinnig super gelegenes Hotel in Riva del Garda. Der Pool war super schön und warm. Ausreichend Liegen stehen zur Verfügung. Kleine Snacks und kühle Getränke kann man dort ganz einfach direkt erwerben. Durch eine geheime Tür gelangt man sofort in die Innenstadt.

Wir hatten ein großes Appartement für 4 Personen. Manches ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen (Küche) aber es war alles vorhanden.

Die Lage war sehr gut !Sehr nettes Personal bei jedem Problem geholfen!

Die Schlafsituation das keine Tür am zweiten Schlafzimmer ist! Das Licht nicht richtig funktioniert hat und die Parkmöglichkeit extrem schwierig ist!

We only stayed one night, this was the perfect place to stay and rest along our trip. Easy to drive in, but the hotel still has direct access to the old town. The apartment was comfy and well- equipped. We enjoyed the splendid continental breakfast. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful, the check- in and check- out were easy and quick.

Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to try the pool or the spa facilities as we arrived so late and left in the morning.

We loved the location and the fun door to go out into the city area! We also liked the pool and wellness center!
