House itself was awesome. Everything clean, spacious, newly built.

- booked a different place downtown and got it confirmed - then owner called and told us that appartment was not available and moved us into a different location that was miles away from where we wanted to stay - at the place it then took us more than one hour to get into the building as the door was not working properly - owner offered us late checkout as a compensation for the mess and later refused the late checkout

Clean and comfortable

Suggest to google the address as Booking.com has it showing on the map incorrectly- Lincoln rd isn’t as close to town as shown, wasn’t the location we wanted, Nice house in a nice location with Cafe’s just around the corner and town easy to get to. Smart TV is great but couldn’t get TV to cast as not familiar with this one, maybe some easy instructions onsite could help. Has a keypad door system so very easy to get access. Quite community of lots of houses but you do hear the neighbors. House is reasonably new. Would stay as again house is nice but just needs small investment with a deep clean

The house was “clean” but owner could invest in giving it a really good clean- grout in shower gross, dirty marks on walls and light switches and inside cupboards, felt like students had just packed up so we could stay - they did accommodate us dropping our bags off but felt like they were rushing and didn’t vacuum but all we needed was to drop the bags and run. Uber struggles with the address but owner gave great instructions to find the property.
