Overall not a good place. Gates, doors, windows doesn't work properly. Blinds can't close. Place has ants and cockroaches everywhere. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Cctv camera monitoring you in lounge/kitchen aand entertainment area. Was just a horrible stay

The friendliness of the staff.

The place is unkempt. The description of the place as a beachfront house is inaccurate. The blinds are broken, and most windows don't close or open properly. The kiddies pool was dirty, and the trampoline was unsteady with torn nets. There are no bathroom towels and other bathroom basics except toilet paper. There is no garage or car port, and security is generally suspect. No air-conditioning or fans. The place was not cleaned, and linen not changed for the entire duration of our stay.
