Hotel ARJUNAA

We had booked a Deluxe Twin Room for us for a night stay, and we are pleased that we came to this hotel . It exceeded our expectations in terms of room size , comfort , cleanliness, and staff politeness with professionalism. Their staff, mainly Gautam , Bharat, and Shakti, were very courteous. They looked after the car driver as well. We shall definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

Restaurant food options were limited, but available options that we tried were very tasty. They infact offered hot food items from the kitchen to my wife when she insisted/ requested to get hot servings instead of a bit cold served items. Zinger tea was not to be missed ever.

Food is fine.

Hygiene is an issue. Dirty towels, bed sheets. Resturant has filthy utensils. Money has been spent on lobby but maintenance is poor. They cut corners in soap, towels and minor stuff.

Nicely appointed. Close to the bus station. Kind staff

At this level, maybe a hand towel or two might be good. The restaurant restrooms are not up to standard. No soap and nothing to dry hands.

The room was spacious and clean, but had a couple of issues - the bathroom door wouldn't lock and was quite noisy. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was underwhelming, as there was no one to welcome us or assist with our luggage. The biggest disappointment, however, was the food service during peak season. The vegetarian buffet was a letdown, with poor quality and limited options, especially considering the price. On a positive note, I suspect that during off-peak seasons, the à la carte menu might be available, which could offer better value for money.

Restaurant services Not at all satisfactory. Most of the time they didn't had things which are listed. Service is also very - very poor and late. variety is Just OK.

Service need to be improved. Response at front desk was not friendly.

Only location, it is 10 mins away from local mkt and main Mandir.

Following points : : 1. Bad Service. 2. Bad Breakfast. 3. It' not a 6.5k hotel, max 3.5 day. Very much disappointed and rating by Booking.com is completely misleading customers.

Overall experience is good

Service from house keeping is very slow, breakfast isn’t that good so better to skip it
