From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and truly personalized. The food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was nice! My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a stunning view from the window that made morning feel special. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxing stay!

The hotel was located up on the hill with lovely views of Kandy which made for a relaxing stay after our day out in the busy city. The rooms were large and spacious and decorated in an old colonial decor which added and matched the character of the building. The staff were attentive, friendly and really helpful. They are doing a great job and make a good team. The bathrooms were clean and the balcony was spacious enough to relax and enjoy the sunsets with a cup of Ceylon tea. There aren't many restaurants nearby but the hotel serves good food and room service is available all day which we made the most of.

The mattress in our room was not comfortable and we could feel the springs on our back. The sheets and towels were clean but stained and there was a mouldy smell in the room.

The room was spacious and clean. The view of Kandy from the top was beautiful. Staff were kind and always willing to assist.

One of the highlights for me was the private balcony—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning or just enjoy the breeze in the evening. It really added a special touch to the stay and made the whole experience feel more personal and refreshing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They were always available to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Overall, Ceylon Breeze offers a perfect mix of comfort, charm, and genuine service. The private balcony experience was a standout, and I’d happily return on my next trip!
