Perfekte Lage, nah an den wasserfällen, wunderschöne Anlage, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Host, der Touren und Tracking für einen organisiert ( benötigt 3-4Tage Vorlaufzeit), gutes Restaurant (Tipp vom Host) in der Nähe. Sehr sauber Fluss in 5 Minuten gehnähe, in dem man in der Trockenzeit auch baden kann. Sehr toll

The property looks stunning at night. It is clean and near the Athirappilly waterfall. Attendant Ashokan is the one man who does everything for you and is a very helpful person. Kudos to him on running the show

The rooms could have few more amenities like a electric kettle and tea/coffee bags.

Clean and supporting staff is good.. Breakfast also good...

There is no such facilities as shown in the booking order details.. No lake view, mountain view No toiletries No coffee /Tea maker, electric kettle We are booked deluxe king room but at the time of arrival they are not ready to provide the same. they informed that the details are wrongly added in the booking.com app and they can't able to provide such facilities.. After booking the room throug the app i directly contacted to the hotel enquire about the booking amount and earlier check in details. They informed that there is no booking amount required and its possible to early check in. But at the time of check in they are not allow to early check in.. And the person who is at the front desk said that you are not paying any amount in advance so if you are not satisfied with the facilities you can vacate and search for another resort. We are facing this kind of attitude from him..after showing the booking form and the facilities only they are ready to provide the higher room.. But there is no such facilities... From 11.30 to morning 3am there is no A/C because of power cut. There is no such alternative facilities.. Fan is working with the generator. Totally its the first time we are facing this kind of bad experience...
