Classic Hotel

Hotel surprised us, great location in central Kharkiv. It's a small place of 6 rooms tucked away on the ground floor of an apartment block. So its well hidden and secure. Host was great, she was very friendly and helpful, made us a cup of tea in the morning. Small area to sit and eat or have a few drinks. Rooms were cozy and clean, we occupied 5 of the 6 rooms and all agreed it was value for money and comfortable. Some may think a little dated but it had charm and was very well maintained. AC and heating worked well, shower pressure was great, so all round a great stay and at the price, was value for money.

If each room key had a security tag to get in the front door that would be great. If you need to go out and get back in, you have to ring the buzzer and wait for someone to open the front door. Would make it far easier for guests and take pressure off the host as well. But great stay, only a minor thing and for sure, will stay again.

Good value for money, quiet location, spacious rooms. Overall recommended.

Bed comfort is so-so, but the overall impression is certainly positive anyway.

Everything lived up to my expectations. This is a small but welcoming hotel in a calm yet central area. Friendly staff, decent rooms with plenty of space in them.

Obviously, because there were very few people staying at the hotel, the staff wasn't around that often, so some of the services that should have been available were not (eg the possibility to order breakfast spontaneously). But nothing serious, overall a very good experience and I will be happy to come back.

Staff very nice. Near some good shops. Breakfast was good. Room was OK

Not like anylon hotel I have stayed in before.. Shame they don't show the entrance steel door. Roomy was clean and tidy. Breakfast is the same even day as no choice apart from they fry the eggs are do them as omelette but not asked they just cooked them

My room was clean and comfortable. Hotel did very good job and I was completely satisfied.
