The staff was good, breakfast was good. room was clean

It took long time to get hot water in shower.

While the facilities are excellent, it is the super nice Host that sets this hotel apart. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Property is well maintained. Good, clean bathrooms. Very frindly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Great value for money.

IT WAS PERFECT. The beds were comfy room was big. Bathroom WAS PERFECT. Perfect A/C. Staff was friendly and kind. Good breakfast.

Nothing. Everything exceeds expectations

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The host didn’t greet us properly upon arrival, which set a negative tone. The room was quite basic, with just a bed and furniture, but the bathroom was far from satisfactory — it was unclean, with used shampoo, shower gel, and only half a tissue box left. There were no essential amenities or basic supplies we needed. The balcony was useless, offering only a view of buildings, and the TV didn’t work properly. The staff, particularly the lady working there, showed a lack of professionalism and manners. She treated us with a fake smile, especially towards foreigners, and was dismissive. Breakfast was minimal, and she kept rushing us to wash our hands before we finished eating, with no kindness or hospitality shown. We were also not offered any drinks or fruits afterward. Overall, the place felt fake, with unfriendly service and a lack of genuine care. Not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or welcoming stay.
