Great location, very easy to get to from Public transportation. Bed was comfortable, and basic necessities were.provided for the stay.

The key hand-off was a bit mismanaged, the key was not where we were told it was, so we had to wait almost an hour for the key to arrive after an already long day of traveling. Not all amenities that were listed on the site were available to us (no electric kettle, only 1 pod of coffee, no soap or shampoo, dish soap was empty). Yes, it was a last minute booking, but since we were here for a short time for a medical procedure, it would have been nice if the things that were advertised were available.

Not anyone's fault but there is a constant scent of cooked food coming through the ventilation. Not a bad smell at all, but it's quite strong at times mainly in the bathroom

I liked the most that the apartment was modern, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

I didn’t like that we had to pay extra for cleaning, so for the whole week nobody came, the bedding wasn’t changed, and we only had two towels for six days – for one person. Also, the TV didn’t work and the heating wasn’t working, and November is quite cold. And the location wasn’t great either — everything was far away, there were no shops nearby, and it was about a 10-minute walk to the metro.
