部屋が広い。朝食付き。毎日ミネラルウォーターあり。洗浄便座、冷蔵庫あり。駅から近い。コンビニが近く、飲食店が周りに多い。シャワールームから外に水が漏れることが無かった（他のホテルでは構造上ありがちで、気をつけても周りがビチョビチョになる）。客室は８階から上なので、静かで、見晴らしも悪くない。

バスタオルがほつれていた。バスマット無し。カップ、コップが前日のままで、洗われていなかった。朝食の種類が少なく、美味しくない。手洗い石鹸無し（歯ブラシ、カミソリが無いのは想定内）。トイレットペーパーが少なく、補充されていなかったため、ケチって使用（翌日は補充されていた）。エアコンのon／offがカチカチと聞こえて、気になった。
